Digestive Self-Care

You might have heard or read about hospitals killing people under the cloak of covid isolation. That’s happened because certain medical professionals have a personal agenda, which has nothing to do with healing people. For example, a hospital in New York used patients with ANY respiratory distress to presume a COVID infection… those patients were put into isolation, on a ventilator. Most of them died, presumably from COVID. Why? The hospital could obtain more Federal Grant money and more ventilator equipment.

This kind of problem happens right here in Idaho. It happened to a personal friend of mine. He had diverticulitis that went septic. He collapsed while working in his yard. An ambulance took him to the hospital, where he was presumed to have COVID, and put into isolation for 4 days. During this time, the sepsis damaged his heart, and he actually died for a short time. He shared sacred details about his death experience.

So what’s MY agenda here? Digestive health. For a country that supposedly has the best health care in the world, The United States of America has the WORST digestive health. The highest rate of colon cancer. About 100,000 people have ostomy surgeries every year.

I confess I have a problem with gluttony. It’s probably what caused my hiatal hernia, which I wrote about in a different post. But I know, it is possible to change directions with lifestyles, like turning a car 180 degrees, even if it’s a slow turn that takes months or years. I am now making a slow turn in regards to my digestive health.

Years ago, I began using intestinal formula supplements from Richard Schulze [herbdoc.com] to eliminate constipation. Avoiding antibiotics and NSAIDs improved my digestion even more. One of my epiphanies in recent months was how to treat my hiatal hernia, without surgery. I can now report that I’ve reduced my heartburn to one episode in the last 10 days… without drugs.

I’m delighted to share a new product that has helped me. You’ve probably seen Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. But check this out.

How do you like them apples, Spanky?
